Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. For shipping to locations outside the EU, please contact our customer service team for availability and pricing.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order:

• Ireland: €4.95 (Free on orders over €50)
• EU Countries: €7.95 (Free on orders over €75)
• Express Shipping: Additional €9.95

Free shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal before taxes and after discounts.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

• Lost Package: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time
• Damaged Package: Please take photos and contact us immediately
• Wrong Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order

Customs and Import Duties

For orders within the EU, there are no additional customs fees or import duties. For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
